EXCHANGES AND RETURNS POLICY
To ensure you make the right choices for your skin we strongly recommend that you arrange to see a qualified Beauty Therapist at one of our Kerstin Florian stockists across Australia. Please follow this link to locate the stockist closest to you.
- If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, not a problem! You may return any unopened, unused and undamaged product to BLC Cosmetics by Australia Post or any other courier within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund for any goods that have been opened unless it is deemed the goods are in some way faulty. Please be sure to include the returns form.
- If you received an item that you didn't order or the item is faulty, please contact our Customer Service team who will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
- When returning goods to us, please ensure the goods are packed carefully with enough protection to ensure they arrive undamaged and you include our returns form.

- We offer refunds for your convenience. We do not offer credits or exchanges.
- Returns will be refunded onto the original credit card used to make the purchase once we have received the goods for return. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the goods for return. Please be aware that it may take your financial institution an extra few days to transfer the funds into your account.
- The client is responsible for the shipping charges of the returned goods unless the products are being returned as a result of an error on behalf of Kerstin Florian or if the products are deemed to be faulty.
